e-vouchers which can be conveniently purchased from where ever you are.

Printed (physical) gift certificates can be for a specific treatment off our main menu or for monetary value from £15 and are to be collected from SSL Massage Therapies at a mutually agreed time.

Printed gift certificates come with a 6-month expiry date from the date of purchase and can be redeemed between the hours of 9am to 5pm on weekdays, subject to appointment availability. We advise getting in contact to book ASAP to ensure you can use the gift certificate before it expires, as we can get booked up several weeks in advance.

In the case of gift certificates for Christmas presents, which you can purchase from November, these have an expiry date for the 30th June of the following year.

Printed gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. No change is given but any remaining unused credit is valid until the expiry date. Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to redeem a gift voucher. You will be required to present the voucher before the treatment starts, failure to do so will result in you needing to pay for the treatment in full by cash or card. We do not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged gift certificates.

E-vouchers

Electronic gift vouchers for any value of your choosing can be purchased via SumUp.

There are currently no expiry dates for using e-vouchers but the gift voucher code will be required when redeeming any credit, so please keep this safe. We do not accept any responsibility for lost voucher codes.

E-gift vouchers can be used for part or full payment of treatments booked between 9am - 5pm on weekdays, subject to appointment availability. Any remaining balance will need to be paid by cash, bank transfer or card at or in advance of the appointment.

Michelle will then send you the SumUp link to purchase your e-voucher(s).

If you would like to email the voucher to the recipient, you will need their email address to input into the recipient section. Please note, e-vouchers are automatically sent on the same day as purchased.

If you would prefer to print off the e-voucher to place into a card, enter their name into the recipient section but type in your email so that the voucher is sent to you.
